The terms under which we provide builds, support plans and everything else on this site.
1. Who we are
WebMaze is a Shopify commerce agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We operate this website and deliver the services described on it.
2. What this covers
These terms govern the builds, support plans and any other services we provide through this site. By engaging us you accept them.
3. Engagements and fees
Each engagement is scoped in a separate proposal that sets out the work, the fee and the timeline. Fees are quoted and invoiced as set out in that proposal.
4. Delivering the work
We deliver against the scope in your proposal. Work outside that scope is agreed separately. Timelines are estimates made in good faith and depend on the inputs we need from you.
5. Your responsibilities
You provide timely access, content and decisions, and you ensure that anything you give us is yours to give. Delays in these can move timelines and outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
Work we create for you becomes yours on full payment, except for tools, templates and code we owned before and reuse across projects. You grant us permission to use completed work to describe what we do.
7. Liability
We work to a high standard, but this site and our services are provided without warranty beyond what is set out in your proposal. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
