Send us the Shopify work you don’t want to turn down.

Agencies get asked for Shopify builds they cannot staff and store work they do not want on retainer. Send it here instead of turning it down. We only do Shopify, and we do not sell anything you sell.

Who’s asking?

Pick the closest fit and the form follows. Everything starts with a call and a written scope.

Tell us about the store.

Who the client is, what state the store is in, and what you need it to do. We come back with a scope and a date.

Answered by a person, usually inside a working day.

What we don’t do.

This list matters more than the pitch. These are the things you already sell, and the reason sending work here costs you nothing you were billing for.

Paid media

No ads, no budget management, no media buying. We never turn up on a line item you are already billing.

Creative and brand

No identity work, no campaign concepts, no content production. If it needs designing before it can be built, that stays with you.

Strategy retainers

We do not sell a monthly thinking engagement. What we sell is Shopify work, scoped and shipped.

White-label

We work in our own name, with the client knowing we exist. Pretending otherwise breaks the first time something goes wrong at 2am.

The client stays yours.

Every agency referring work is really asking one question, and it is not about the rate.

Who talks to whom

Whichever you prefer. We can route everything through you, or sit on the client call with you in the room. What we will not do is go around you.

We do not pitch what you sell

No ads, no creative, no strategy. If a client asks us about any of it, the answer is a pointer back to you.

When the work ends

The store is theirs, in their Shopify account, on a repo they own. Nothing is held hostage, and we do not open a conversation about the next thing without telling you.

What we’ve actually handled.

Agencies vet on the work, not the positioning. Four of these are written up in full, and one Black Friday weekend was run live on a Shopify Plus store.

The terms, before the call.

Written down and the same for everyone. Nothing here changes depending on how much you send us.

You make the intro

An email with both of us on it is enough. We log it the day it lands and tell you exactly what we told them.

First call and scope

We talk to the client with you in the loop, then put a written scope and a date in front of both of you. Nothing starts before that is agreed.

Paid and visible

You see the same scope, the same dates and the same invoices the client does. No portal to log into, no reconciling at the end of a quarter.

For a client store you’re not sure about

Partner
store audit

A paid, engineer-led review of a client’s Shopify store: what is costing them orders, what is technical debt, and what a fix would take. You get the document, in your name if you want it, and you decide what happens next.

Ask about it

What partners ask.

No. We do not pitch past the scope and we do not market to them after the work ends. If they come to us directly with something new, you hear about it from us first.

Yes. Some agencies want every message routed through them, some want us on the client call. Both work. We just need to know which one before we start.

The client’s by default. We work in their store on collaborator access and push to their repo. If you would rather it sat in yours, that is fine, and it is a line in the scope.

Yes. Send it with the intro and we sign it before the first call. We will not name the client anywhere, including here.

A build runs as one fixed block, scoped and dated before anything starts. Support work is weekly and ongoing. Neither depends on how big the referral is.

Or just ask.

Not a referral yet, not a brief, just a question. Everything here reaches the people who do the work.
