Store Support

Keep the momentum going.

Your store's working well. Campaigns are running. Revenue is coming in. You need reliable technical support to keep it that way — execution when you need it, guidance when you're not sure, and a team that knows your store.

Not every problem requires a strategy session. Sometimes you just need someone who knows Shopify to fix it fast, set it up properly, and not leave you waiting. That's what Store Support is.

Who this is for

You're already moving.

The right fit
  • Your store is generating consistent revenue and you need a technical partner to keep pace with your operations
  • You're running regular campaigns and need someone who can ship updates, fixes, and additions reliably and fast
  • You don't have an internal developer and need expert Shopify support without hiring full-time
  • You know your store well enough to know what it needs — you just need someone to execute it properly
Not the right fit
  • Your store's foundation needs work before you can grow — a Growth Build + Roadmap is the right starting point
  • You want proactive strategic growth with a roadmap and sprint cadence — that's the Capacity Plan
  • You need a complete store build from scratch, not ongoing support
What it is

Support from below, not growth from above.

Store Support is not a growth strategy. It's the structural layer underneath your store that keeps it operating at the level you've already reached.

Think of it as a pillar. We're not building upward from the top. We're making sure nothing falls through from below. Pages don't break. Campaigns go live on time. Products get set up correctly. Integrations keep working. Collections stay organised.

Two calls a month to align on what's coming and what needs attention. Tickets executed fast when things need to happen. Guidance when you're not sure how to approach something. That's the engagement.

For merchants who want proactive strategic growth on top of that support — a roadmap, sprints, and systematic feature development — that's the Capacity Plan . Store Support deliberately stops short of that. It's not a limitation; it's an honest scope.

Support plans

Two tiers. Both built around your store's needs.

Both plans give you a reliable technical partner and a clear execution rhythm. The difference is in how much ticket coverage is included.

Basic

Basic Plan

For stores that need reliable support and fast execution on smaller tasks — with the flexibility to buy additional time when bigger work comes up.

  • Unlimited 30-minute tickets
  • 90-minute tickets and day blocks purchased additionally
  • Two one-hour strategy calls per month
  • Product management add-on available
Recommended
Plus

Plus Plan

For stores with a higher volume of work or regular feature builds within the 90-minute ticket scope — where pay-per tickets would exceed the plan cost.

  • Unlimited 30-minute and 90-minute tickets
  • Day blocks purchased additionally when needed
  • Two one-hour strategy calls per month
  • Product management add-on available
Add-on

Product Management

For stores with regular inventory updates, new product releases, or collection management needs. Available as an add-on to either plan, up to a threshold of 300 SKUs.

90-min tickets

Day blocks
4 hours · Pay-per

Large feature builds · Full page rebuilds · Complex integrations · Multi-component development

How it works

Calls for alignment. Tickets for execution.

Two calls a month give us shared context — what's coming up, what needs to happen, what's causing friction. Tickets handle the execution between calls.

SLA

Standard tickets (30-min) within 2–3 business days of approval. 90-minute tickets and day blocks confirmed in writing before work begins, with a defined turnaround.

Transparency

No surprise invoices. Pay-per items (90-min tickets, day blocks) are quoted and approved before work starts. You always know what's coming.

Ad hoc

Not ready to commit?

If you're not at the point where ongoing support makes sense — you just need something specific fixed or built — ad hoc is available. Single tasks, fixed rates, no ongoing commitment.

The trade-off: ad hoc rates are higher than plan rates, and there are no strategy calls or guidance included. You submit the task, we scope it, you approve, we deliver.

Ad hoc works well for smaller stores that handle most things themselves and occasionally need a technical hand for something outside their capability. It's not designed to replace a support plan — and if you find yourself submitting ad hoc tickets regularly, a plan is almost always more cost-effective.

What's next

The ceiling is real. Here's what's next.

Store Support is built for operational stability and incremental execution. It's not designed for strategic growth. Tickets are reactive by nature — they respond to what's needed, not what's optimal.

At some point, if your store is ready to grow intentionally — a roadmap, a dedicated sprint cadence, systematic feature development — that's a different engagement. That's the Capacity Plan.
