WebMaze Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern any projects undertaken under the name “WebMaze”, as well as products and services provided by WebMaze.

1. Usage Restrictions:
   • You agree not to download, copy, reproduce, modify, store, archive, show in public, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Content without prior written permission from WebMaze.
   • The Content or Website must not be used for illegal or improper purposes, infringing on the rights of others, or causing distress to any person.
   • All copyright notices and restrictions attached to the Content must be respected and not altered or removed.
2. Duplicate Content:
   • Duplicate Content refers to material appearing elsewhere on the internet that is identical or substantially similar to WebMaze's Content.
   • WebMaze will take action, including contacting hosts or individuals who have copied content, utilizing copyright law (DMCA), and requesting search engine removals.
3. Content Theft:
   • Content theft involves the unauthorized use or reproduction of original content.
   • It is a serious violation of intellectual property rights and can result in legal consequences.
   • Content creators should take measures to protect their work and respect the rights of others.
4. Project Procedures:
   • Clients must either sign the quotation or indicate their acceptance of the quote in writing, acknowledging acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, and email it to sales@webmaze.co.za.
   • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date stated.
   • Unless specified, quotes do not include domain name registration or hosting.
   • Clients must pay a 50% deposit to proceed with their website project.
   • In accepting the Terms and Conditions, clients acknowledge that the scope of the project is as defined in the specification document attached alongside the quote.
   • Any significant change in project scope may result in additional costs and/or termination of services.
5. Payment and Deposits:
   • Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
   • Projects commence only after receipt of the client's deposit.
6. Hosting:
   • For hosting not provided by WebMaze, clients must supply the necessary credentials and permissions to access the client’s back-end services, such that we may conduct our services, including but not limited to: hosting infrastructure, databases, and DNS.
   • WebMaze is not responsible for hosting services unless explicitly stated.
   • Monthly Hosting & Yearly Domain Fees must be paid by the specified date each month.
   • Non-payment may result in service suspension, with interest charged on arrears.
7. Graphic Design:
   • High-quality images and logos must be supplied by the client.
   • WebMaze is not responsible for printing errors or discrepancies.
   • Clients must ensure they have the necessary copyright for all provided material.
8. Content Submission:
   • Clients must provide all necessary web content electronically within 7 days of project initiation.
   • All content must adhere to copyright laws, and WebMaze is not liable for any infringement.
9. Completion and Maintenance:
   • Clients are responsible for content changes and updates post-project completion.
   • WebMaze is not liable for the final website outcome if clients fail to comply with terms.
10. Revisions and Updates:
    • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change by WebMaze at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any changes made. Your continued use of our service constitutes your agreement to the most recent Terms & Conditions.
